Since January I've been shortlisting flats. Upgrading from my 2BHK. Vaishnavi Serene ke maintenance charges high suney. Is actual service quality worth it, ya bas extra costs hain?
₹95 lakh for a 2BHK in Vaishnavi Serene. I'm in real estate, but buying for myself is tough. Site visit pe sab chamak-dhamak dikhate hain, but I know the marketing spin. Clubhouse, gym, pool – are these facilities actually used daily by residents, ya fir bas showpiece hain? Off the record, maintenance charges high hone ke baad bhi service quality kaisi hai? Worth it hai kya?
Just moved into Vaishnavi Serene last month, aur honestly, brochure aur reality mein kaafi difference hai. Sab projects ka naam lete hain, but no one talks about amenity reality. Clubhouse bas show-piece hai, gym equipment average. Maintenance charges high hain, service quality bilkul nahi. Kya fayda aisi facilities ka? Change my mind.
Vaishnavi Serene — I'm looking at a unit here for investment, honestly not sure about the construction quality long-term. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, you know? Heard stories about new projects getting cracks or seepage within a year, especially after the first monsoon. That instantly kills resale value and tenant attraction. Is it worth paying a premium for amenities like a fancy clubhouse if it's barely used and just drives up maintenance charges? My concern is the ROI. Maintenance charges are already high, are they actually delivering value or is it just for show? Should I be more worried about the initial build quality or the ongoing service quality?
