Vikram Viksons Projects, Ghaziabad, mein amenities kaafi disappointing hain. Brochure mein sab achha tha, par gym equipment aksar kharab. Maintenance bhi high hai. Is this normal for completed projects?
₹28.50 lakh for Vikram Viksons Projects? Log kehte hain appreciation milega, but I'm just not convinced. Everyone glorifies Ghaziabad's 'affordability', par koi nahi batata ki actual resale market kaisi hai for these smaller units. Kya yahan exit strategy possible hai 5 saal mein? Meri calculation ke hisaab se rental yield bhi itni khaas nahi lag rahi. I'm already in a 2BHK and looking for smart investments, but this seems like a dead-end. Change my mind.
Since last month I've been checking out Vikram Viksons Projects. Price ₹28.50 L seems okay, but is the rental yield actually good? Kya yahaan capital appreciation expect kar sakte hain now that it's completed? Already own a 2BHK, thinking of investment. Resale market kitna liquid hai?
