Honestly, I completely underestimated how misleading builder brochures can be. Wave City Sec-6 Palm Wood Enclave mein flat liya tha, socha tha amenities bilkul sahi milenge. But possession ke baad gym aur pool ki condition dekhi toh I'm so disappointed. Maintenance charges bhi itne high hain, aur jo promised facilities thi, woh toh bas naam ki hain. Is it just me, ya baaki residents ko bhi yahi laga?

Budget finalized, loan pre-approved, but Wave City Sec-6 Palm Wood Enclave pe aakar atak gaya hoon. I work in real estate, but for my own investment, I'm scrutinizing everything.
