Noida property confusion: location vs budget, need advice!
22 lakhs vs 90 lakhs – that's the difference between Gayatri Vatika and Aims Golf Avenue 2. I'm looking for a 3BHK, mainly keeping schools for the kids in mind. Is the location of Aims worth the extra cost, especially considering the OC delays I've been hearing about? Gayatri is ready to move, less risk maybe? My wife's priority is a safe neighbourhood. Anyone has experience with either? What about resale value later? Hope this helps someone else stuck like me!

Samajhna yeh hai, initial price toh dikhta hai, but maintenance charges ka kya scene hai? Aims golf mein, what's the real monthly cost after possession? Exquisite mein, old construction hai toh repair costs zyada toh nahi? Carpet area bhi check karna hai. Which offers better value *after* all the hidden costs? What's your experience?
Noida property: Actual cost more than advertised?
Based in Dubai, so can't do site visits easily. Unitech Exquisite seems complete, less risky than Aims Golf Avenue 2. But is the carpet area worth that price jump? Need a property manager, tbh.
