Hi everyone, I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75 and thinking of upgrading. I've been looking at Ambience Tiverton and Realtyvision 4th Avenue. Tiverton is obviously way more expensive. Is the price jump worth it, ya? I mean, we're talking crores vs. lakhs. Realtyvision 4th Avenue is cheaper, but what about the carpet area? Is it actually usable? Tiverton mein you get bigger space, but is it just 'show' and not practical? Already have a home loan, so EMI will be a big factor. What do you think, is Tiverton a better investment for long-term appreciation or is Realtyvision sahi for the price? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar.
