Dridha Alpha or Purvanchal: Which is better ROI?
I'm based in Dubai, planning to invest in Noida. Can't really visit for site inspections, so relying on you guys! I'm looking at two options: Dridha Alpha and Purvanchal Oriental Insurance Apartments. Purvanchal is ready, which is a big plus for me. No tension of possession delays, right? But the price difference is quite a bit. Dridha Alpha is cheaper, but I'm a bit wary of under-construction projects. Heard stories of builders not delivering on time. What's the real picture on rental potential? Which one would give better returns, considering maintenance and all? Need to find a property manager too. Koi power of attorney ka process batayega? Honestly not sure which way to go. Dridha is tempting for the price, but Purvanchal feels safer. Help!
Ready to move is always better than under construction, fight me
I'm fed up of renting, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Finally taking the plunge and buying something. I'm looking at Dridha Alpha since it's ready to move. Yam Aasra Enclave ka toh kuch pata hi nahi kab banega. Plus, Dridha ka price range bhi sahi lag raha hai. Carpet area kitna hai, wo dekhna padega. Anyone know about the builder trust factor for both? Which one has better resale value in Noida, after 5 years? Hope someone can give some insights.
Noida flat owners: Dridha Alpha vs Purvanchal, thoughts?
Okay I'll be honest – finding a flat here is tough. I was looking at Dridha Alpha since it's ready to move. Price is decent too, but smaller flats, right? Purvanchal Oriental Insurance Apartments are completed as well, but pricier. Is the extra cost worth it for more space? Maintenance charges any different between the two? Honestly not sure which makes more sense for a family. Anyone have first-hand experience in either?
ATS Le Grandiose vs Dridha Alpha: Confused about OC
Currently in a 2BHK. Dridha Alpha's OC is a plus, ready to move. ATS Le Grandiose looks fancier, but possession timelines are unclear. Is the price jump worth the risk?
Thinking of buying in Noida - Dridha Alpha or A S Homes?
I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75 and looking to upgrade. Shortlisted two options in Noida. Dridha Alpha is ready to move, costing around 35L. A S Homes is upcoming, maybe 30L. I'm a bit confused. Dridha Alpha mein, at least I can see what I'm getting, but A S Homes is cheaper. But is it worth the risk of waiting for possession? I'm also wondering about carpet area. Does anyone know which project gives more usable space? Also, for long-term investment, which one is better for a 5-year horizon? What does the community think? Which would you pick and why?
Dridha Alpha or Yam Aasra? Confused about Noida property
Since last Diwali, I'm trying to finalize a 3BHK in Noida. My kids' school admission is the biggest tension. Dridha Alpha is ready to move, which is a plus, but the carpet area feels smaller compared to what they promised. Honestly not sure if it's worth the price they are quoting after adding all the PLC charges and other hidden costs. Yam Aasra Enclave looks good on paper, but under construction hai, so dar lagta hai about delays. My wife's priority is a safe neighbourhood. Anyone living in either? Which one has better security features, like CCTV and guards? Koi idea hai?
