I'm confused between Gaursons 6th Avenue and Subh Laxmi Apartments in Noida. Gaursons is pretty expensive, but Subh Laxmi is cheaper. Kya Gaursons mein better ROI milega? What do you think about the construction quality of both? Has anyone experienced issues with either builder? Subh Laxmi is ready-to-move; is it worth the extra cost of Gaursons? I'm based in Dubai, can't visit Noida easily. Swastik Residency looks cheaper, but Gaursons 6th Avenue completed project hai. Is the carpet area in Gaursons worth the extra cost? Plus, resale value kiski better hogi? Need property manager recs too, can't deal with this from here. I'm confused, yaar!
