Gaurs Aero Suites vs Jaypee Kasa Isles?

Guys, I'm based in Dubai and looking to invest in Noida. Can't visit easily, yaar. Been checking out Gaurs Aero Suites and Jaypee Kasa Isles. Jaypee is ready to move, sahi? But what about resale value and rental income compared to Gaurs? Which one's better for appreciation in the next 5 years? Is the carpet area in Jaypee worth the higher price? Mujhe advice chahiye!

Jaypee Kasablanca vs Gaurs Aero Suites: Which one, guys?

I'm finally fed up of renting, landlord ne firse rent badha diya. Thinking of buying in Noida. I'm looking at Jaypee Kasablanca and Gaurs Aero Suites. Kasablanca is ready to move, which is a big plus point. But what's the real story with maintenance charges there? Heard they are high. Aero Suites is under construction, so EMI toh chalegi, but the price is tempting. Is it worth the risk of possession delay? Also, Aero Suites mein, what amenities are actually usable? I don't want some fancy clubhouse I'll never use. Anyone has experience with either? Which one would you recommend for a family? Not sure what to do. Koi advice do yaar. Thanks in advance!

Kids have moved out, downsizing in Noida now

Since resale of my bada ghar is almost done, I'm looking at smaller flats. Gaurs Aero Suites vs Unitech UGCC Burgundy... Unitech is ready to move, right? Maintenance charges kitna hoga? And Aero Suites mein possession kab tak milega? Hospital nazdeek hona chahiye. Confused!

Noida micro-apartment ROI is a myth, prove me wrong

Looking at investment options in Noida. Gaurs Aero Suites seems cheap, but I'm skeptical about the actual rental yield. Is it worth the low entry price if the carpet area is tiny? Godrej Woods is pricier, but maybe attracts better tenants and higher rents. Anyone have first-hand experience renting out smaller units? Which one would you pick for pure investment and why? Unitech vs Gaurs... confused about resale value

Honestly not sure which to pick. Unitech UGCC Burgundy is pricey but ready. Gaurs Aero Suites is cheaper, but will it appreciate? Kids have moved out, so resale matters. Any thoughts?
