Guys, I'm based in Dubai and looking to invest in Noida. Can't visit easily, yaar. Been checking out Gaurs Aero Suites and Jaypee Kasa Isles. Jaypee is ready to move, sahi? But what about resale value and rental income compared to Gaurs? Which one's better for appreciation in the next 5 years? Is the carpet area in Jaypee worth the higher price? Mujhe advice chahiye!

Kasablanca is ready to move, which is a big plus point. But what's the real story with maintenance charges there? Heard they are high. Aero Suites is under construction, so EMI toh chalegi, but the price is tempting. Is it worth the risk of possession delay? Also, Aero Suites mein, what amenities are actually usable? Since resale of my bada ghar is almost done, I'm looking at smaller flats. Gaurs Aero Suites vs Unitech UGCC Burgundy... Unitech is ready to move, right? Maintenance charges kitna hoga? And Aero Suites mein possession kab tak milega? Hospital nazdeek hona chahiye. Confused!
