Godrej Tropical Isle vs Unitech Unihomes 3 - Noida Investment?

Hey guys, I'm considering investing in Noida. I'm torn between Godrej Tropical Isle (under construction) and Unitech Unihomes 3 (ready to move). Kya aap logon ko pata hai about the actual possession timelines for Godrej? Unitech is ready, which is a plus. Also, what do you think about the location of each? Which one is better connected to the metro? Mujhe advice chahiye on which has better potential ROI. Godrej is pricier, but is it worth it? Has anyone experienced dealing with either builder?
