ATS One Hamlet or JM Orchid - Noida investment?

Okay, so I'm finally taking the plunge and buying instead of renting. Fed up of landlord hikes, yaar! Been looking at ATS One Hamlet and JM Orchid in Noida. ATS is obv more high-end, but is it worth the extra cost? I mean, will the rental potential be that much higher? JM Orchid is completed too, sahi baat hai. Also, what about carpet area efficiency? Has anyone experienced both projects? Which one gives you more usable space, matlab? Don't want to waste money on just walls. Mujhe advice chahiye, please! Which one would you recommend for a family, keeping resale in mind?
