Logix Blossom Zest vs Supertech 34: Which is better?

Guys, I'm confused! I'm looking at property in Noida and narrowed it down to Logix Blossom Zest and Supertech 34 Pavilion. Supertech is ready to move, which is a big plus, but it's way more expensive, right? Is the price difference worth it? Logix Blossom Zest is cheaper, but under construction... thoda dar lagta hai. What do you think about the builder trust factor for both? Has anyone experienced delays with Logix Blossom Zest? Also, carpet area efficiency is important. Which one gives more usable space? Logix Blossom Zest vs Aims Golf Avenue 2?

Hey guys, I'm looking at Noida property. What's your take on Logix Blossom Zest versus Aims Golf Avenue 2? Aims looks fancy, but is it worth the extra cost? I'm thinking about resale value in 5 years. Which one would appreciate more? Also, what about the hidden costs? I heard the advertised rate is never the final price, especially with PLC. Has anyone experienced this? Aims seems further from the metro. Is that a dealbreaker? Honestly, I'm confused. Logix is cheaper, but Aims has better amenities, at least on paper. Koi advice do yaar! Which one would you recommend?
