Samridhi Luxuriya vs Novel Homes - confused!
₹1.5 Cr for Samridhi Luxuriya Avenue versus almost half for Novel Homes. Crazy difference, right? I'm looking at both in Noida. Novel Homes is ready to move, which is a big plus, no tension of delays. But the carpet area in Samridhi seems much better for the price. My parents keep saying 'location matters', and Samridhi is in a supposedly better area. But is it *that* much better to justify double the cost? Also, Novel Homes ka maintenance charges kya scene hai? Heard some societies charge a bomb later on. Honestly not sure if I should stretch my budget so much. Anyone has experience with either? Which one would you pick for a family moving in?
