I'm stuck between Supertech 27 Heights and Unitech Unihomes. Location-wise, any preferences? Also, kya kisi ko construction quality ka idea hai? Unitech ready to move hai. Which one would you recommend for investment?

Guys, I'm confused between Supertech 27 Heights and Sharnam Homes in Noida. Sharnam Homes is ready to move, right? But Supertech 27 Heights ka location better hai kya? Mujhe connectivity important hai. Also, what about the construction quality of Supertech? Has anyone experienced delays with Supertech projects before? Unitech Unihomes vs Supertech 27 Heights?

I'm looking at Unitech Unihomes and Supertech 27 Heights in Noida. Unihomes is ready to move, which is a plus. What's the construction quality like in both? Supertech's price seems higher. Is it worth it? Which one has better connectivity to the metro? Has anyone experienced issues with either builder? Kya aap logon ko pata hai which one has better resale value? Mujhe advice chahiye!
