Eldeco vs Lotus Zing: Which Noida project, guys?

So, I'm confused between Eldeco Live By The Greens and The 3C Lotus Zing. Eldeco is like, super expensive. But Zing is ready to move, right? What about builder trust, yaar? Honestly, is the price difference worth it? Which one has better resale value in Noida, kya aap logon ko pata hai?

Jaypee Kosmos vs Lotus Zing: Which one, guys?

I'm confused between Jaypee Greens Kosmos and The 3C Lotus Zing. Both ready to move flats hai, which is good. But Kosmos seems a bit far from metro, right? Zing is closer, I think. ATS One Hamlet vs Lotus Zing: Which one, yaar?

I'm planning to upgrade from my 2BHK. Thinking of either ATS One Hamlet or The 3C Lotus Zing. Already have a home loan, so EMI toh chalta rahega. One Hamlet is obviously way more expensive. Is the price jump worth it? Kya aap logon ko pata hai which one gives you more usable space, like carpet area efficiency? Also, resale market mein kaunsa better hai? I mean, 5 saal baad bechna hua toh? Mujhe advice chahiye. What do you think? Zing is ready to move, but Hamlet has better builder reputation, right? So confused, bhai!
