Golden Nest is ready to move, sahi hai, but Venetia Heights mein kya scene hai? I'm hearing mixed reviews. Super area vs carpet area games chal rahe hain kya? Builder ka track record kya hai? I'm seeing ads for both, but honestly not sure about the actual quality. Golden Nest mein price thoda kam hai, but is it worth it in the long run? Maintenance charges ka kya hisab kitab hai? Venetia Heights is ready to move, sahi hai. But Swaraj Homes Vasant Apartments mein, carpet area kitna hai? Don't need extra space, maintenance bhi kam chahiye. Any thoughts?
