Is Aambesten Twin Celestial genuinely good for daily living, or is it just another project with fancy brochures? I'm currently in a 2BHK near Pari Chowk, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there. The price jump seems significant. What's the real carpet area efficiency like for their 3BHKs? Are the rooms actually usable? Also, how's the neighbourhood vibe? Are schools and daily markets really close by, or is it a bit isolated? Already have a home loan, so need to be sure the premium is justified.
Just moved into Aambesten Twin Celestial a few months back. Brochure mein jo amenities dikhayi thi, unka actual use bilkul nahi ho raha. Gym aur clubhouse ki halat itni achhi nahi, bilkul misleading tha. Maintenance charges toh poore le rahe hain, but services kaafi slow hain. Anyone else facing this? Yaar, is it just my wing?
Okay, I'll be honest — I completely underestimated the total cost of ownership for ready-to-move projects. I'm upgrading from my 2BHK in Greater Noida. Looking at Ansal Freesia Floors and Aambesten Twin Celestial. Both are completed. But after stamp duty, maintenance, is their premium justified? For 5-year appreciation, kaunsa better investment hai? Any real experiences?
Last month, I dug into Aambesten Twin Celestial. Capital appreciation low lagi, rental yield bhi average. Investor ratio high hai kya? Ghost society risk hai? Any insights?
