India's First Real Estate Community
By AASK FOR REALTY

My next investment is on my mind, and I'm seriously considering Aask Homes 99 in Ghaziabad. I work in real estate, so I see through the usual sales talk, but for my own money, I need ground reality. Since it's completed, what's the actual resale market like? Is it liquid? Aur capital appreciation kitna expect kar sakte hain? What's the price trend been like post-possession? I'm looking for solid long-term returns, so any insights on exit strategy and real rental yields would be super helpful. Kya lagta hai, is it still a good bet?
₹35 lakh for Aask Homes 99? Honestly, yeh carpet area ratio itna kam kyun hai? Daily convenience ke liye space hi nahi. Is it genuinely good to live in? Change my mind.
Ready-to-move projects in Ghaziabad are safer than under-construction, for sure. Kids have moved out, so I'm looking at Aask Homes 99. Don't need such a big place anymore; want something manageable. But is it genuinely good for daily living? Amenities ka kya scene hai, especially common areas and lifts? Aur maintenance charges, kitne lagte hain monthly? Also, hospitals kitne paas hain? Resale property se fund kar raha hu, so need something stress-free. Any resident experiences?
Aask Homes 99 mein real capital appreciation kitna mila hai? Completed projects ki hype bahut hai, but iska resale market utna liquid nahi lagta. Rental yield bhi average hai. Change my mind.
Aask Homes 99 is massively overrated for families, I'm just gonna say it. Everyone glorifies 'completed' projects, but is it *actually* good for daily living with kids? My wife's main concern is school admission and if the neighbourhood around Aask is genuinely safe for children playing outside. Are there good schools and hospitals really close, or is everything a long drive? I'm looking to upgrade to a 3BHK for my growing family, and the price point seems okay, but I'm honestly not sure about the community vibe. Is it friendly, or do people just keep to themselves? We need a proper home, not just a flat on paper. What about noise levels? Disagree? Tell me why.
