Honestly not sure about under-construction anymore. My wife's priority is a safe place for the kids, and the RN Elite Apartment seems better than waiting. ABCZ East Platinum is cheaper, sure, but is it worth the risk of possession delays? Need at least a 3BHK, and RN Elite's ready to move in, matlab kids' school admission won't get delayed. What's the resale value like for both, though? Anyone have experience?
Since January I've been confused between ABCZ East Platinum and PKS Town Central in Noida. ABCZ is cheaper, but PKS is ready to move, which my parents are pushing for. Honestly not sure if paying extra EMI for a ready flat is worth it. Has anyone compared the carpet area in both? Kya kisi ko pata hai which has better resale value after 5 years? I'm a first-time buyer and ab samajh nahi aa raha which is better long term.
I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, especially in Noida. I'm looking at ABCZ East Platinum and Ajnara Grand Heritage. The price difference is huge. Ajnara is obviously positioned as 'luxury', but is it worth the extra crore? Has anyone living there seen sky-high maintenance charges later? Off the record, I've heard horror stories about promised amenities not materializing. ABCZ is completed but smaller. I know what builders don't tell you about carpet area vs super area games. Is Ajnara really giving you more usable space for that price, or just more marble? Should I just go with the smaller but ready ABCZ? Kya kisi ko pata hai resale value potential for both?
PKS Town Central is ready to move, sahi hai, but that price! ABCZ East Platinum seems cheaper, but what about PLC charges and other hidden costs? Which one is better ROI for rent?
Was supposed to decide by last month but I'm still confused between Sunshine Helios and ABCZ East Platinum. Helios ka price is like way higher, but my parents keep saying 'go for a reputed builder'.
