Everyone glorifies these compact flats in Sohna for empty nesters, but nobody talks about the actual daily grind. Ambey Rani Sukh looks good on paper, especially with that ₹25-28L price tag, but I'm worried about real-world livability. Kids have moved out, so my wife and I just need something manageable, with an elevator, of course. But is this place genuinely good for daily living? Matlab, proximity to a decent hospital is non-negotiable for us seniors. Aur market, grocery shops kitni door hain? Also, maintenance charges. They quote one figure, but what's the actual monthly outflow once you move in? I've heard stories. I want a peaceful society, not just four walls. Should I even consider this project for a quiet retirement? Change my mind.
Ambey Rani Sukh Apartment ki bahut baat hoti hai, but as someone jo real estate mein hai, I'm finding it tough to see the actual value for living. I know builder tricks, especially with super area vs carpet area. Yahan pe kya scene hai, is carpet area efficiency really that bad? Daily life ke liye kaisa hai? Neighbourhood mein schools aur markets kitne accessible hain? I think for this price, there are better options. Disagree? Tell me why.
Visited Ambey Rani Sukh Apartment about four months ago and thought the ₹25-28L price was pretty decent for Gurgaon. Just shifted in last month, and honestly, daily living is a mixed bag. Society ka vibe theek hai, neighbours friendly enough. Amenities mein, gym equipment looks good, par maintenance ka issue lag raha hai. Kids play area bhi chhota hai. Schools aur basic markets paas mein hain, which is convenient. But commute to Cyber Hub is a proper struggle, traffic bahut hota hai. Plus, main road se noise levels thode high hain. Koi aur Ambey Rani Sukh mein rehta hai? Aapka experience kaisa hai, especially with amenities aur daily life ka comfort?
