I'm checking out Amrapali Sapphire in Greater Noida, project toh completed hai, my budget is around ₹1.3 Cr for a 2BHK. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, you know? What's the ground reality for its legal status and RERA compliance, off the record? What's the actual resale market like for Sapphire? Matlab, if I need to exit in 3-5 years, kitna liquid hai? Aur rental yield kya expect kar sakte hain, realistically, for a 2BHK? Broker figures toh sab high batate hain. Iska long-term capital appreciation potential sahi hai ya bas hype hai? Kya community ispe investment recommend karegi?
