Anand Apartment's promised amenities feel like a big question mark for resale. I'm eyeing it as my first investment property in New Delhi. Honestly, brochures mein sab kuch perfect lagta hai. But real life mein kya hota hai? Like the 'state-of-the-art gym' or 'multi-purpose hall' – are they actually maintained, ya bas show-piece hain? My main concern is tenant attraction and future resale value. Agar amenities delivery mein compromise hua, toh kya ROI pe effect padega? Experienced investors, your thoughts on promised vs delivered amenities, especially for Anand Apartment, would be super helpful.
Anand Apartment – abhi kuch mahine pehle hi move kiya hai, but security ko leke thoda concerned hoon. Visitor management system itna strict nahi lagta, aur guards bhi kaafi casual hain. CCTV coverage bhi har jagah nahi hai, especially parking mein. Kya kisi aur ko bhi ye feel hua hai? Meri family thodi nervous rehti hai. Should I raise this with the RWA more aggressively ya ye normal hai for new societies? Parking allocation bhi lottery system hai, which is a mess. What are your experiences?
Done with renting, finally taking the plunge for Anand Apartment. Promised amenities, especially the clubhouse and green areas, look great on paper. But for daily use, are they really worth it? Ya bas show-off hota hai?
Anand Apartment ke maintenance charges are quite high, especially for an investor like me in Dubai. Clubhouse facilities are they even used daily? Kya yeh future rental income pe impact karega?
Upgrading from 2BHK to 3BHK. Anand Apartment's amenities look great, but I hear maintenance makes them unusable. Is the delivered quality and service ever worth that premium? Not sure.
Okay I'll be honest — selling our big family home after the kids moved out is harder than I thought. We're looking for something much more manageable, you know, a compact flat with an elevator. Anand Apartment keeps popping up in my search, price range ₹95L-₹1.25 Cr. I'm really trying to understand the ground reality there. Is it genuinely good for daily living? We need easy access to a good hospital nearby, and convenience for basic groceries. Also, what's the society vibe like? We're hoping for a friendly, engaging community, not somewhere too isolated. And honestly, what are the maintenance charges actually like? Don't want any surprises there. Any current residents or recent buyers have thoughts on these points? Any advice appreciated.
