Since last year, I've been checking out flats. Sare Crescent ParC feels spacious, but Arunima Palace's carpet area numbers confuse me. For a 3BHK, which one actually gives more usable space for kids?
Ghaziabad ke projects mein kaafi research kar raha hoon, current 2BHK se 3BHK upgrade karna hai. MR Delhi 99 completed hai, price thoda high lag raha hai, around ₹80L for a 3BHK. Dusra option Arunima Palace Apartment hai, but uska status null hai, matlab shayad under-construction hai ya bahut early stage. Ready-to-move ka premium kya justify hota hai? Ya Arunima mein better carpet area mil sakta hai later on? Already home loan chal raha hai, toh risk nahi lena chahta. Kya bolte ho, kaunsa option better hai considering possession risk aur actual usable space?
Okay I'll be honest — Arunima Palace Apartment ko leke thoda confused hoon. Sab kehte hain Ghaziabad mein ROI achha hai, par Arunima Palace mein kya scene hai? Current price pe entry karke kitna capital appreciation expect kar sakte hain 5 saal mein? Aur rental yield ka kya reality hai? Kitna rent mil jayega 2BHK ka? Yaar, mujhe lagta hai yahan investor ratio zyada hai, end-users kam hain, toh resale mushkil ho sakti hai. Ghost society ka risk toh nahi? Log bolte hain Ghaziabad is the next big thing, but mujhe lagta hai Arunima Palace mein already prices inflated hain. Change my mind?
