Found this video discussing ATS Province D Olympia near Yamuna Expressway. They're talking about 101 acres, 150-270 sq yd plots, aur ek huge clubhouse. Location toh theek hai, Jewar Airport ke paas. But, I'm wondering about the actual pricing. Kya lagta hai, is the current rate justified for these plots? Is it good value-for-money for that area? What do you guys think?
