Avani Floors ka brochure dikhta kuchh aur hai, reality kuchh aur. Promised amenities, especially the clubhouse aur landscaping, bilkul match nahi kar rahe. Possession pe itne snags nikle ki I'm shocked. Builders ka yeh game puraana hai, but Avani mein itna difference? Anyone else facing this with their Sohna projects? Kya kiya aap logon ne?
Avani Floors in Sohna, what's the real deal with maintenance charges? My kids have moved out, so I'm looking for a manageable flat. Heard the clubhouse isn't used much, just a ghost facility.
