Soch raha hoon, is this premium really justified for the actual living experience, ya sirf marketing hype? Specifically, maintenance charges ka kya scene hai wahan? Brochures mein toh sab best dikhate hain, but actual service quality kaisi hai? Society cleaning, common area upkeep, lift maintenance – is it value for money? Aur security systems ka kya haal hai? CCTV coverage, visitor management, guards ki quality – are they effective, ya sirf show-off? Already home loan hai, don't want to pay high charges for bad service. Kya lagta hai community ko, is it worth it?
