Since last month I've been seriously considering BPTP Astaire Garden Plots in Gurgaon. I work in real estate, so I know builders often play games with super area vs carpet area. For these plots, what's the actual usable space ratio like? I'm looking at it purely for investment, thinking about long-term wealth creation. Kya yahan investor ratio bahut high hai? Don't want to get into a ghost society jahan exit strategy mushkil ho jaye. Resale potential ke liye end-users ka hona zaroori hai. Any actual owners or channel partners who've seen good ROI here? What's the real ground reality on how liquid this project is for resale after a few years?
