Project amenities are just marketing gimmicks, honestly. CGHS Gauri Ganesh Apartment mein ₹1.66 Cr se ₹2.85 Cr tak de rahe hain, but how many amenities wahan pe actually useful hain daily life mein? Swimming pool kitne log use karte hain regularly? Gym ka bhi kya scene hai? I'm looking for my first home, not a resort. My parents keep saying location matters more than fancy extras.
