Under-construction risk feels too high for me right now. Comparing Landcraft Metrohomes (ongoing) and Chitransh Saartha Enclave (ready). Is paying more for ready-to-move worth it for better 5-year appreciation and clear total cost of ownership? Any experiences?

Is Chitransh Saartha Enclave actually good for daily living, ya bas brochure mein achha lagta hai? I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Amenities real mein useful hain ya sirf show ke liye? Like the gym, clubhouse, pool... are they well-maintained and actually used? Builders ka toh pata hai, marketing mein sab champion, but I need ground reality. Aur neighbourhood kaisa hai? Schools, hospitals, markets nearby? Society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly or isolated? Always check actual usable space during site visits, not just brochure numbers. It makes a huge difference for daily living. Are their amenities actually useful, or just for show?
