My lease ends in 4 months and I'm looking at Crossings GH7 Crossings Republik. Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK here. Amenities ka kya scene hai, actually useful hain ya bas show-off? Carpet area efficiency kaisi hai? Is the price jump worth it for daily living?
Ghaziabad projects are on my radar. I'm based in Dubai, so can't visit MR Proview Officer City 1 or Crossings GH7 directly. What's the real ground truth on registry smoothness for both? Also, which has better rental potential and less investor-heavy population? Don't want a ghost society.

Everyone talks about Ghaziabad's future potential, but koi builder ke past delays par baat nahi karta. Is project mein possession time par milega ya sirf paper par promises hain? Investor ke liye timely delivery bahut important hai, warna ROI ka kya fayda? Builders ke liye RERA bas formality hai kya? Change my mind.

And is there even an active secondary market for these flats? Don't want my investment stuck. What have actual owners experienced with selling or renting out?
