Been in real estate for years, but searching for my own place at Delhi housing Homes is a whole other ballgame. I'm eyeing a 2BHK, around ₹90L, but you know how builders play with super area vs. carpet area. What's the real efficiency like? Are the layouts genuinely practical for daily living, or just brochure-friendly? Any weird dead spaces or small rooms I should watch out for?
The Delhi real estate market feels so unpredictable for investors right now. I'm finally done with renting, looking at Delhi housing Homes as a potential investment. It's a completed project, which is great, but I'm worried about the long-term ROI. Has anyone seen good capital appreciation there since launch? What's the resale market actually like? Is it liquid? Also, what kind of rental yield can one realistically expect from a property in that price range? Trying to do the EMI vs rent math properly. Don't want to get stuck with a ghost society, you know?
Completed projects like Delhi housing Homes are less risky, I feel. Kids ke school, neighbourhood safety aur daily life yahan kaisa hai? Wife ko community vibe important hai.
₹78L for a 2BHK at Delhi housing Homes looks promising. My kids have moved out, so we're downsizing. Don't need such a big place anymore. Are the amenities actually useful daily, like the elevators, common areas? And what about monthly maintenance charges? Is the society friendly? Need something manageable, not just good on paper.
