QVC mein society ka mahol kaisa hai, aur maintenance charges kitne hain? DLF toh under-construction hai, so investor ratio ka kya scene hoga? Which one's better for a quiet life?

DLF Gardencity Enclave Phase 2 mein amenities ka brochure dekh ke laga sab milega, but site visit pe pata chala kaafi cheezein bas show ke liye hain. Kya kisi ne actual 'on ground' experience kiya hai with these builders in Mohali? Am I missing something?
