My agent suggested Eldeco Swagatam. I'm based in Dubai, can't visit. Kya actual rental yield mil raha hai? Iska resale market kaisa hai for investors? Ghost society toh nahi banega?

Since last Diwali, I'm trying to finalize a property in Noida for investment, but I'm based in Dubai so can't easily visit. Has anyone invested in Eldeco Swagatam? It's completed toh risk kam hai, but ACE Parkway looks swanky. Is the higher price in ACE Parkway worth it for the rental potential? Kya kisi ko pata hai about the actual carpet area in both? Brochure mein toh bahut dikhate hain. I need a property manager also, so which one is easier to rent out and manage remotely? Honestly not sure which builder to trust more for on-time payments and legal clarity. Should I just stick with a ready-to-move option like Eldeco? Any advice would be helpful!

Eldeco Swagatam ka price zyada hai. Swaraj Homes Shatabdi Enclave is cheaper, but is it worth it? Carpet area kitna hai? Which one would you prefer for investment, guys?

60 lakh vs 80 lakh...is Eldeco Swagatam worth the extra cash over VRSA The Ultima Heights? Need at least a 3BHK, and my wife's priority is a safe neighbourhood for the kids. Has anyone compared the actual carpet area? Brochure mein toh sab sahi dikhata hai. VRSA is ready to move, which is a plus, but Eldeco ka builder reputation kaisa hai? Should I be worried about extra hidden costs with either project? Any advice?
