I'm looking at Elite X in Greater Noida, the upcoming project, price range ₹1.82 Cr se shuru ho raha hai. Brochure mein sab kuch sahi lag raha hai, but real daily life ka experience kaisa hoga? Especially with kids, nearby schools aur hospitals ka kya scene hai? Aur carpet area efficiency kaisi hai, yaar? Sometimes floor plans look great but actual space kam lagti hai. Community mein kisi ka experience hai with Elite X ya similar upcoming projects? Should I wait or book now?
