Just watched a video review for Elite X in Greater Noida, the project starting at 1.85 cr. Looks like a promising option in Sector 10, and the video mentioned great price appreciation there. I'm really trying to dig into Elite Group's past work though. Does anyone here have experience with their previous projects? I'm wondering about their construction quality and if they're known for possession delays. Would love to hear some real feedback on the builder.
After 7 years of renting, finally decided to take the plunge. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya, yaar. I'm looking at Elite X in Greater Noida, the upcoming project, price range ₹1.82 Cr se shuru ho raha hai. Brochure mein sab kuch sahi lag raha hai, but real daily life ka experience kaisa hoga? Especially with kids, nearby schools aur hospitals ka kya scene hai? Aur carpet area efficiency kaisi hai, yaar? Sometimes floor plans look great but actual space kam lagti hai. Community mein kisi ka experience hai with Elite X ya similar upcoming projects? Should I wait or book now?

Elite X ka price range toh kaafi high hai, but kya usmein actual carpet area Avj Heightss se significantly better milega? Yaar, brochures mein sab achha lagta hai. Also, total cost of ownership ka kya scene hai? Stamp duty, registration, maintenance, interiors... sab milaake kaunsa zyada heavy padega long run mein? Builder ka track record bhi important hai. Has anyone bought in either?
