Got possession of my Emaar Amaris flat in Mohali about three months ago. Honestly, things are a bit different than I expected. The water supply has been inconsistent, especially during peak hours. Sometimes the pressure is super low, and I've even seen tankers coming in quite often. It makes me wonder about the actual tank capacity and long-term reliability. Also, the elevators. It feels like one is always down for maintenance, and the response time for repairs seems slow. It's frustrating when you're on the 10th floor and waiting forever. Are these common issues in other societies too? Or did I just get unlucky with my block?

Clubhouse aur sports facilities kaafi hype kiya tha, but actual mein kitna use ho raha hai, not much. Most amenities feel like they're just for show, not actual daily use. My maintenance charges are around ₹4500 for a 3BHK, which feels high, but the service quality is just okay. Lift mein problem ho toh response time slow lagta hai. Even the children's play area, it's there but feels like a basic checkbox item, not really well-maintained or safe for kids daily. Feels like a lot of what was promised isn't truly usable.
