Aur security mein, CCTV toh sab bolte hain, but actual visitor management aur guard ki quality kitni achi hoti hai? Koi tips hain kya dekhne ke liye, especially for an older couple?

Everyone glorifies new projects' amenities, but nobody talks about the actual construction quality post-possession. We're barely a year in, and already seeing minor cracks, some seepage issues. Maintenance charges toh bhar bhar ke lete hain, but actual service quality is a joke. Kids ke play area bhi bas naam ke liye hain, not really usable or safe. Honestly, I'm feeling like builders just tick boxes. Okay, I'll say what no one says: most builder promises are marketing fluff once you move in. Change my mind.
