Visited Jade County Phase 1 last weekend. Builder ka track record on delivery thoda shaky laga, honestly. Pre-launch vs current pricing mein kitna upside hai, not sure. I work in real estate, but khud ke liye, main resale market aur exit strategy ko lekar tension mein hoon. RERA status bhi abhi clear nahi. Kya invest karna sahi hai?

Honestly, downsizing after the kids moved out is harder than I thought. We're looking at Jade County Phase 1 in Ghaziabad. Don't need such a huge place anymore, just something manageable with an elevator. Price range ₹2.43 Cr–₹3.82 Cr for an upcoming project feels a bit much. I'm worried about the actual carpet area efficiency for that amount. Matlab, kitna usable space milega for us seniors? Also, maintenance charges kaise hain wahan? Aur neighbourhood mein hospitals ya basic facilities paas hain kya? Is this genuinely a good place for daily life, ya sirf paper pe accha hai?

Booked Jade County Phase 1 few months back. Ab soch raha hu, amenities sach mein useful honge ya sirf show-off? Daily life ke liye kaisa rahega, especially with kids? Real feedback chahiye.
