Is it genuinely good for daily life with kids? My wife's priority is schools nearby and if the area feels truly safe for children. What's the community vibe like there?

Is Jai Hind Apartment's advertised price per sqft even close to reality? I've seen builders quote one thing, then add PLC, parking, and club charges to inflate it. Kya yahan bhi wahi scene hai? From my experience, real carpet area efficiency is often ignored for brochure aesthetics. Iska actual usable space kitna hai compared to other Delhi projects? Total cost of ownership, including maintenance, can kill ROI. Koi batao, is it a calculated risk or just another trap? Change my mind.
