Confused between GBG Infratech GBG Residency and Jaypee Knights Court. Both ready to move flats in Noida. GBG seems more affordable, which is a plus, but my wife's priority is a safe neighbourhood for the kids. Knights Court obviously has a premium price tag. I'm looking at 3BHK options in both. Carpet area efficiency matters a lot – don't want wasted space. Also, school proximity is important for kids' school admission. Anyone has experience with these projects? Which one would you recommend for a family and why? What does the community think? Vote your opinion!
Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge! Looking at Jaypee Knights Court vs UCHDL WMCC 2B. Knights Court looks fancier online, but WMCC actually gives you more carpet area for the price. Matlab, less wasted space! Also, Knights Court PLC charges are insane. Someone told me WMCC maintenance is lower too. Anyone else compared these projects? Which one is a better deal practically?
₹75 lakhs is my limit for a 3BHK in Noida, need space for the kids. Amrapali Silicon City seems cheaper upfront, but it's still under construction. Honestly not sure if the risk is worth it. Jaypee Knights Court is ready to move, OC received, but the price is almost double! My wife's priority is a safe society. Has anyone compared the actual carpet area in these projects? Brochures can be misleading. And what about maintenance charges later on? Heard some societies are crazy expensive. Is Knights Court really worth the premium for peace of mind and quicker possession, or should I gamble on Amrapali? Which would you pick for a family?
Considering Jaypee Knights Court and Great Value Sharanam. Location-wise, which offers better connectivity in Noida? Kya kisi ko pata hai about the construction quality differences? What do you think about the resale value potential for both? Which one offers a better ROI, considering current market trends? Mujhe advice chahiye!
Noida mein investment karna hai, confused hu. Jaypee Knights Court and Kendriya Karamchari Awasiye Yojna, dono ready to move hai. Knights Court ka price bohot zyada hai. Amenities wise, Knights Court better hoga kya? Kendriya budget mein hai. Has anyone experienced living in either? Which one would give better rental income and long-term ROI? Kya aap logon ko pata hai maintenance charges kiske zyada hai? Mujhe advice chahiye!
I'm confused between Jaypee Knights Court and Omaxe Twin Towers. Location wise, which one has better connectivity in Noida? Kya Omaxe ka construction quality Jaypee se better hai? Both are ready-to-move, but investment potential kiska zyada hai? Which one would you recommend for a higher ROI? Mujhe advice chahiye!
Parsvnath Residency and Jaypee Knights Court, both ready to move. Location wise, which one has better connectivity? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about resale value? I'm considering both, but not sure which is a better investment. Mujhe advice chahiye!
Guys, I'm confused between SAP Home 3 and Jaypee Knights Court in Noida. SAP Home 3 is cheaper, but what about the construction quality? Kisi ko pata hai? Jaypee Knights Court is luxury, but is it worth the price difference? Mujhe connectivity ke bare mein bhi janna hai. Which one has better access to metro and highways? What's your take on the ROI for both? Which one would you recommend for investment? Please advice.
