Visited Krrish Provence Estate. Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. Amenities on paper look great, par daily life mein useful kitne hain? Society ka vibe kaisa hai? Worth the premium?
Gurugram mein flat chahiye, kids have moved out. Krrish Provence Estate aur Signature Global Grand IVA dekhe. Krrish ka maintenance high hai, society vibe kaisi? Signature Global mein RWA issues sunne. Hospital paas ho, bas.
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in this city, and honestly, the price per sqft advertised versus what you actually pay is shocking. Just moved into Ganpati Builder Heights, and the final cost was way higher than initial quotes due to PLC and other charges. For Krrish Provence Estate, did anyone find the carpet area efficiency better despite the higher base price? Curious about actual maintenance comparisons too. Hope this helps someone.
Honestly, I work in real estate, but buying for myself is a completely different ballgame, especially in Gurgaon. I'm looking at GTM Residency Tower and Krrish Provence Estate. The price difference is massive, obviously. For GTM, is the lower price per sqft truly indicative of its value, or are there hidden costs that make it less appealing? And for Krrish, are the floor plans genuinely more efficient, or is it mostly super area wastage? My main concern is long-term appreciation. Which one do you think offers better investment potential over the next five years given their current market positions? I'm not sure if the premium for Krrish will sustain that growth.
The luxury segment in Gurgaon often feels like a gamble. Currently in a 2BHK, I'm thinking of upgrading. Suncity Vatsal Valley aur Krrish Provence Estate dekh raha hoon. Krrish ka price jump bahut zyada hai, is that premium justified? Total cost of ownership aur useful amenities mein kya farak hai? Family ke liye kaunsa better pick hai?
Krrish Provence Estate's RTM status is tempting, but total cost always jumps. DS Heights is UC; builder trust is a gamble. What's the real ground reality on hidden costs or delivery for either?
Gurgaon projects are giving me a real headache lately. I'm looking at Krrish Provence Estate and Ganpati Builder Heights, and honestly, I'm so confused. Krrish is ready-to-move, which is a huge plus for security, but the price point is just massive, like 7 Cr plus. Then there's Ganpati, which I think is still under-construction. My parents keep saying RTM is better to avoid possession risks, but the total cost of ownership for Krrish feels overwhelming already. For Ganpati, I'm worried about hidden charges, PLCs, and how much interiors will actually cost. Also, are the floor plans in newer UC projects generally more efficient, wasting less space than older RTM ones? Not sure which gamble makes more sense for a first-time buyer. Any advice on these two?
