Is Lodha Codename Sarjapur's construction quality holding up for actual residents? I work in real estate, so I know what builders don't tell you. I'm looking at it for investment, but worried about long-term maintenance costs and resale. Do those fancy amenities really attract good tenants or just inflate maintenance?
This is a video taken on Krishnaraj Rao's mobile at Lodha New Cuffe Parade by a Mirror Now reporter and videographer yesterday morning. It was filmed at the residence of Shilpi Thard at 31st floor of ... Check out this video walkthrough of Lodha Codename Sarjapur in Mumbai! What are your thoughts on this? Anyone familiar with Lodha Codename Sarjapur in Mumbai? Would love to hear your perspectives!
Anyone check out that Lodha Mirabelle 4 BHK video? The 2400 sqft flat looks pretty spacious, and amenities like the pool and mini theater are there. It's off Thanisandra Main Road, near Elements Mall. Honestly though, I'm not sure if the value really matches the asking price for a Dec 2027 RERA possession. What's everyone's take on the overall pricing for this project? Is it worth the investment in Thanisandra right now?
Need your insights on Lodha Codename Sarjapur. Ek video mein yeh 19-acre project Sarjapur, East B'lore mein dikhaya. 3 BHKs 1500-1800 sqft, 80% open space aur metro/STRR connectivity highlight ki hai. They're saying it's a strong investment. Par kya yeh best option hai abhi? Main aur projects bhi dekh raha hoon. Aap logon ko kya lagta hai? Is Lodha Sarjapur better value than other options around East Bangalore?
2 months ho gaye Lodha Codename Sarjapur mein shift hue, aur security kaafi disappointing hai. Brochure mein toh bade-bade claims the, but visitor management system hamesha down rehta hai. Guards ko pata hi nahi hota kaun andar aa raha, kaun bahar jaa raha. Kal delivery wala bina entry ke flat tak aa gaya. Matlab, itna high maintenance charge kyu de rahe hain agar basic security bhi nahi mil rahi? Koi aur face kar raha hai yeh same issue? Kya karein iska?
Is tanker dependency normal for new societies like Lodha Codename Sarjapur? Just moved in three months back, and paani ka issue already started. Lifts bhi frequently अटक jaati hain, maintenance response is slow. Not sure if this is common, ya sirf yahan ka problem hai. Any similar experiences?
Did a site visit to Lodha Codename Sarjapur last week. Kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house and want something manageable. The brochure looks great, but is it genuinely good for daily living? What are the actual maintenance charges like? And is the neighbourhood truly convenient for hospitals?
Been looking for 8 months now, planning upgrade from my 2BHK. Lodha Codename Sarjapur ka brochure sahi lagta hai. But investors, utility reliability kitni important hai? Full flat power backup milta hai ya sirf common areas? Water supply reliable hai, ya tanker pe depend karna padta hai? High EMI hai, toh tenant attraction crucial. ROI pe impact hoga?
Reviewed Lodha Codename Sarjapur brochures recently for an investment property. As I'm based in Dubai, ground reality on construction quality is crucial. How often do issues like seepage or major cracks appear after the first year? This directly impacts future maintenance costs and tenant satisfaction, affecting my ROI. Also, what's the real deal with maintenance charges versus service quality? Are we paying high rates for basic upkeep, or is it genuinely value for money? I can't oversee things easily, so reliable property management is key. Looking for experiences here.
₹12,000 monthly maintenance at Lodha Codename Sarjapur, and for what? Just moved in last month, and security is a joke. Brochure mein toh 24/7 CCTV, hi-tech access control tha. Actual mein? Guards are mostly busy on their phones, visitor entry process is a mess. Feels like we're paying so much for show-off security, not real safety. Maintenance charges are high, but service quality for security is just not matching up. Change my mind.
