M3M Heights residents, are amenities genuinely useful, or just for show? I know builder marketing spin. What are *real* maintenance charges? Is it genuinely a good home daily?
Gurgaon construction quality feels like a huge risk for investors. I'm eyeing M3M Heights for a 3BHK upgrade. Does poor construction really hit resale ROI? I'm worried about cracks and seepage. Are fancy amenities worth the premium, or just higher maintenance? Do tenants care?
Visited M3M Heights last weekend. I'm in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading for investment. Completed project hai, so delivery risk zero. But for an investor, is the premium justified? Actual rental yield kitna mil raha hai? Resale market kitna liquid hai for decent ROI?
