Builder log jo amenities list karte hain, kya woh sab actually milta hai possession tak? I'm worried about the gap between promised vs delivered, especially for investor properties. Maintenance charges bhi baad mein headache ban jaate hain kya? Investors ke liye, kya yeh fancy amenities actually resale value ya rental income boost karti hain, ya bas extra cost hain? Off the record batao, what's the ground reality?
Budget finalized, loan pre-approved — now I'm seriously looking at properties like Mithila Splendor for investment.
