Brochures mein toh mast dikhate hain, but site pe chhota sa, unshaded patch parking ke bagal mein hota hai. Meri wife ki priority hai ki play area safe aur usable ho, bas ek checkbox amenity na ho. Humare liye, yeh hai ki kids use daily use karenge ya nahi. Power backup bhi poore flat ke liye chahiye, not just common areas, bahut important hai with young ones. Koi aur bhi actual usability check karta hai amenities ki, beyond glossy pictures? Kya tips hain to evaluate if a play area is genuinely good? Hope this helps someone else too.

Honestly not sure if it's genuinely a good home for daily living or just another project with high super area vs carpet area games. Any honest opinions from people who've researched it or live nearby? Buying for myself is tough, off the record.
