Nirala Greenshire ke floor plans dekh raha tha. Fed up of renting, yaar, finally taking the plunge. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya, so EMI vs rent math ab clear hai. Ek hack jo maine seekha: always ask for the actual carpet area blueprint, not just the super area. Builders often show huge super areas, but common spaces and weird corners eat up so much. For Nirala Greenshire, I feel some 2BHK layouts waste space near the entrance or have oddly shaped balconies. Is it just me, or does anyone else feel the actual usable space is less than expected? Also, amenities ki reality kya hai? On paper they look great, but daily use mein kitne kaam aate hain? Aur hidden costs like PLC ya maintenance fund ka kya scene hai?
