NXT Bluestone City mein invest karne ka soch raha hoon, but builder ke delivery track record pe doubt hai. Rent de de ke thak gaya hoon, ab apna kuch banana hai. Is project ka possession time pe milega kya? Suna hai bahut delays hote hain Noida Extension mein. Kya NXT Bluestone City ka builder time pe projects complete karta hai? Also, 5 saal baad iski resale value kya lagti hai? Exit strategy ke liye kitna liquid market hai yahan? Koi active secondary market hai ya sirf brochures mein dikhta hai? Not sure if this is a safe bet for long-term capital appreciation.

₹25k rent for 5 years straight... I'm fed up. Finally taking the plunge, looking at NXT Bluestone City in Noida Extension. Everyone talks about its 'affordability' but I'm not seeing the real investment potential. Is the capital appreciation actually materializing, or just paper gains? What's the actual rental yield people are getting? Brochure numbers usually lie. I also worry it'll turn into a ghost society with too many investors. Am I wrong? Change my mind.
