What's the *actual* monthly rent for a 2BHK here? More critically, for resale, is there a genuine secondary market or just investor-to-investor? Concerned about liquidity and long-term exit. Need to factor in property manager costs too. Change my mind.
Visited One Leaf Troy last week and it's move-in ready, which is great, no more rent headaches. I'm so fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. One Leaf is around 35L all-in. But then Royal County looks tempting too, though it's still ongoing at about 50L. Is the immediate possession of One Leaf better than Royal County's potential 5-year appreciation? What about the total cost of ownership for Royal County with the under-construction risks? Should I go for immediate possession or gamble on future appreciation?

Resale of our current home will fund this. Is this project genuinely good for daily living, ya bas paper pe hi acha lagta hai? Society ka overall vibe kaisa hai? Hospital proximity humare liye bohot zaroori hai, koi achha hospital paas mein hai kya? Aur sabse bada concern, maintenance charges. Kya actual mein low cost hai, ya phir hidden costs bohot hain? Price range ₹28.56 L–₹38.67 L for a 2BHK seems okay, but what’s the ground reality? Residents, please share your honest experience.
