Under-construction projects in Ghaziabad are a big gamble if the builder isn't solid. I'm eyeing Oxirich Square One, it's ongoing, around ₹40L for a 2BHK. But builder ka track record kaisa hai, especially for timely possession? Any red flags with Oxirich from your experience? Kya ismein possession delay ka kitna risk hai? Then there's Kumar Golf Greens, ready-to-move hai, but price almost double hai, ₹70L+ jaa raha hai. Safety toh zyada dikh rahi, but is it a better investment for 5-year appreciation? I'm weighing the under-construction gamble of Oxirich vs the higher entry point of Kumar Golf Greens. My budget allows for both, but I need a smart move. Which project do you think offers better ROI in the Ghaziabad market, considering builder trust and potential appreciation?
My lease ends in 3 months and kids' school admission is also coming up, so we need to finalize a place. I'm focusing on Oxirich Square One, ₹36-45L for a 2/3BHK. My priority, especially for my wife, is a safe neighbourhood and good schools for the children. I'm trying to figure out if the actual livability, like noise levels and air quality, matches what's on paper. Any parents there, what's the real society vibe? Is it genuinely friendly, ya isolated? I heard checking the actual carpet area vs. what's promised is a big hack to avoid issues later. Also, any tips for checking construction quality during site visits, beyond just looking? Would love some real-life insights. Thanks!
Moved into Oxirich Square One in March. Amenities look good, par use mein kaafi problems. Society ka vibe bhi thoda isolated lag raha hai. Baaki residents ka daily experience kaisa hai?
