Since the kids moved out, I've been looking to downsize from our big house. Pankaj Homes Sector 67 Gurugram at ₹3.95 Cr looks interesting, but I'm really wondering about actual daily life there for an empty nester. Is it genuinely good to live in, ya bas dikhane ka hai? Residents, could you share your experience? Maintenance charges kitne aate hain monthly? We want something manageable, low-maintenance, so that's a big factor. Also, how's the society vibe? Is it a friendly community, or more isolated? And proximity to good hospitals is a big concern for us now. We're selling our current property, so this would be our permanent home.
