Visited Parsvnath Privilege last weekend. As someone jo real estate mein hai, I'm confused. Everyone hypes 'completed project' but jab andar dekha toh, carpet area efficiency feels just okay, not great for the price. Super area vs carpet area games toh chalte hain, but yahan I expected better space use. Matlab, for a family, it feels a bit cramped. Is it genuinely good for daily living ya sirf paper pe? Jo log move in kar chuke hain, what's your actual possession experience? Change my mind about the space. Disagree? Tell me why.
58 saal ho gaye, ab Parsvnath Privilege mein ek 2BHK consider kar raha hoon. Kids toh settle ho gaye hain, so don't need our big ghar anymore. Thinking of selling the current property, moving somewhere manageable in Noida Extension. Price seems okay for a completed project, around ₹70-80 lakh for a 2BHK. Main concern daily living ka hai. Society ka vibe kaisa hai? Friendly log hain ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Maintenance charges kitne aate hain monthly? Heard about amenities, but are they actually usable, like the lift and common areas? Also, nearby hospital access kitna easy hai for emergencies? Wife ke liye thoda important hai. Total ownership cost bhi dekhna hai, EMI ke baad. Kya yeh place ek peaceful retirement life ke liye sahi rahega?
Since January, I've been eyeing Parsvnath Privilege for a 3BHK upgrade. Currently in a 2BHK, I'm trying to see if the price jump makes sense for investment. Completed project hai, toh capital appreciation kitna expect kar sakte hain? Launch se prices kitne badhe? Also, rental yield actual mein kya mil raha hai? Too many investors toh ghost society ka risk rehta hai. End-user ratio kya hai?
Okay I'll say what no one says about Parsvnath Privilege. Just moved in, and honestly, rental yield is way lower than brokers promised. Everyone glorifies Noida investment, but the actual resale market feels so slow. Is the investor-to-end-user ratio too high, risking a ghost society? Change my mind.
₹95 lakh for a 3BHK at Parsvnath Privilege – honestly, we thought it was a solid upgrade for our growing family. Moved in last year, the brochure had fantastic amenities for kids. My wife’s priority was a safe, clean play area and a usable swimming pool. But the reality? The pool’s often closed or just looks unhygienic. The play equipment feels neglected, not safe for the children at all. It’s so frustrating. We’re paying around ₹7500 monthly maintenance. For that kind of money, you’d expect functional facilities, right? Is this common for Parsvnath residents? Did anyone manage to get the RWA to properly address these amenity issues? Just wondering if we made the right choice for our kids' daily life.
