Priyanshi Heights

My lease ends in 3 months and I really need to finalize a flat. I'm looking at Priyanshi Heights and Supertech Eco Village in Greater Noida. Both are completed projects but I'm worried about hidden issues after moving in. Has anyone bought in either? How smooth was the handover process? Also, what's the metro connectivity like from these places for daily commute? Is it too much of a hassle?

Okay I'll be honest — buying for myself is way harder than selling to clients. Priyanshi Heights, Noida, completed project dekh raha hoon. Price ₹42-47L. Builder ka track record toh theek hai. But real rental yield kya hai yahan? Aur resale market kitna liquid hai? I know builders hide investor-user ratio. Iski actual occupancy kaisi hai? Koi ghost society ka issue toh nahi?

₹78L for a 3BHK feels like a lot. My 2BHK is cramped. Looking at Drona Residency vs Priyanshi Heights. Priyanshi's carpet area looks more usable. Are Drona's amenities really worth the trade-off in actual living space?
